Chef/Owner
Specializes in creating custom gourmet menus for private events, as well as weekly menus for meal prep clients. This year marks 30 years since Chef Chuck started as a dishwasher and Servers Assistant in the Hospitality Business.
Chef Chuck has worked at some of the most prestigious resorts and hotels in the Southeast. In addition, he is an Amazon best selling author as well as the former host of MAVTV's Thankfully Local with Chef Chuck.
Chef Chuck started his career creating menus and delicious food for his fellow cancer patients and their caregivers and has been catering and cooking in homes around the South and Caribbean ever since. This year he celebrates 25 years cancer free. He will be self publishing several passion projects in 2025 and working with nutritionally focused clients.
Chuck Jr.
Chuck Jr. has a great passion for cooking and is very interested in learning the food and beverage business. Chuck Jr is off to the prestigious High Point University for college where he plans of learning about leadership in business from the best!
Chuck Jr recalls his fathers struggles with stomach cancer and prefers to remember numerous Saturdays in Farmers markets dining on organic bounty of all that local farms have to offer. He made a cameo appearance in Thankfully Local with Chef Chuck in 2012 while filming the show and loves working with his father.
Scott Tuco Hayworth
Skilled in preparing unique, health-conscious dishes for clients, Scotty loves learning the latest in tableside service including tableside Ceasar Salad, Steak Flambé, and Cherries Jubalee to name a few. He is a rising Junior and enjoys cooking, playing golf, wrestling on his school team, and playing his PlayStation. He hopes to attend Ap State.
Scott has plans to create his own eatables company in a new bakery and sweets concept in The High Country region of North Carolina. He hopes to follow in his fathers footsteps as a small business owner. He calls this for now his side hustle though you can find home working with Chef Chuck on a regular basis for clients who desire anti-inflammatory diners and diets. More details to come on his business.
Aileen
Has extensive experience in culinary arts and fine dining. She has been Chucks wife for 20 years. They met 21years ago at The Carolina Inn and it was love and taste at first sight.
Aileen handles staffing largely for the company as well as sales, however she was Chucks partner in Hey You're Worth It and Worth it Cafe from 2006 until selling the business in 2013.
