Apple Cider is not limited just to the beverage which is great on its own. This season, our clients have been enjoying Apple Cider French toast as well as Pancakes. Hot Chocolate

When the weather starts to get chilly, there's nothing quite like a warm cup of hot chocolate. North Carolina has some of the best hot chocolate around, with plenty of local coffee shops and cafes serving up delicious, creamy hot chocolate during the fall season. We like to shave our own chocolate and mix it with various nut creams that we make and Autumn spices to create a one of a kind treat for our clients.

Sorghum

Sorghum is a type of syrup that's made from the sorghum plant. It's a popular fall flavor in North Carolina, where it's often used as a sweetener in baked goods and other dishes. If you're looking for a unique fall flavor to try, be sure to check out sorghum.

Chef Chuck is really busy with Sorgum as a grain creating amazing whole dishes like his Autumn spiced Sorghum bowls with Spicy Ground Prganic Chicken and Apple Chutney. Of course Sorghum is used in place of corn syrup in all of his recipes for sweets too.

Contact us today for more information about lining up a tasting and becoming one of our lucky clients that gets to try these grast seasonal ingredients for a limited time.
